These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Datapine S.L. ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Spain, operating the Clawby platform ("Service") accessible at clawby.io.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Clawby provides managed hosting for OpenClaw AI agents on dedicated virtual private servers. The Service includes server provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and management of OpenClaw instances connected to Telegram.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
The Service requires you to provide API keys for third-party services (e.g., Anthropic, Telegram). You are solely responsible for:
We store API keys encrypted on your dedicated server and do not share them with third parties.
The Service is offered under various subscription plans as displayed on our pricing page. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes (including VAT where required).
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Each instance runs on a dedicated Hetzner Cloud VPS. Server resources are allocated per plan and are not shared between users. We reserve the right to modify server specifications with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or configure through the Service (including knowledge base files, bot configurations, and workspace data). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
We may access your server for maintenance, troubleshooting, and security purposes.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datapine S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
